A lovingly restored ancient stone house is situated at the edge of the hamlet of Ponticello. This hamlet is one of the oldest medieval villages of Lunigiana, a comparatively undiscovered and unspoilt area of Tuscany, surrounded by wooded hills and magnificent mountain views. The property is divided into three separate apartments, each tastefully furnished with old country furniture and terracotta floors.
Outside there is a communal swimming pool and a large, sunny garden with shaded areas to eat al fresco. The complex is close to all the local amenities for shopping, eating out and sight seeing. It is a perfect place to rest and relax. Please note that there is also a sofa bed in the lounge.
