Once you have listed your property you can start getting in touch with likeminded home owners who will see your home as their ideal holiday destination!!

So you know what you are getting we have introduced an easy way of valuing and rating each property based on the weekly rental value of the property. Simply estimate the rental value of a one week stay in your property, either by season (high, medium, low, etc) or a standard yearly rate.
The system makes it easy to exchange on a like for like basis or even earn some additional income with our Rental Option and Differential Exchange.

HOW IT WORKS
Select Exchange makes it easy to travel the world; each property is rated like a hotel, based on the rental value, so you know what you are getting.
The owner who requests the exchange is referred to as the “Guest”
The owner who accepts the exchange is referred to as the “Host”
POINTS ALLOCATION
Each property is allocated a bank of points based on three Weeks Rental Values (WRV) one from each season at 1 point per £1. The website works out the WRV for you once you enter the rental amounts.
THREE EXCHANGE OPTIONS
Straight Exchange:
This is when 2 owners agree to exchange on an equal basis.
Differential Exchange:
The owner with the higher WRV receives points to bridge the difference in value.
Points/Rental option:
With this option there is no need to exchange as the Host simply accepts an amount of points (and or rent) to cover the WRV.
OWNERS PREROGATIVE:
The “Host” owner decides the acceptable amount of points (and or rent) when accepting a Points/Rental option to cover the WRV of his property.
