With more than 50 years combined experience in the sales and rentals of exclusive villa and apartment properties, the creation of a facility to make it possible for owners to exchange each other’s homes and villas was a natural extension to our existing activities. These homes are in some of the finest resorts around the world (see www.selectresorts.co.uk). Select Resorts was established in 1982.
We have been asked innumerable times about villa exchange facilities. Therefore we know from experience that many home owners wish to do this, providing there is a reliable way of ensuring that standards are reciprocated and owner’s assets are protected.
The Select Exchange system is unique and is based on two principles; high standards and flexibility. It is simply the most comprehensive home and villa exchange website on the internet and the only one specifically aimed at discerning home owners with well presented and maintained homes.
