We have a wide range of properties and locations available for you to visit and as more owners join, the choice will widen!
You can go to a warmer climate in the winter or skiing in the Alps, you can visit different resorts at different times of the year, either for free or for a fraction of the normal rental cost, all made possible through joining Select Exchange!
The System in Brief
- Select Exchange will list your property details on its website alongside other holiday homes worldwide, listed by country.
- Every property is given a point value based on the average weekly rental value.
- You select the properties that you wish to exchange with and ask the owners to respond.
- You arrange the exchange with the relevant property owner.
- You can arrange to exchange simultaneously, at a different time and for a different size property by trading points and paying part rent for the difference in rental value.
- You can accept or decline exchange requests to meet your needs, totally your decision.
